Users Are Not Getting Authenticated With Active Directory SSL PORT 636 (Doc ID 2501099.1)

Configured Active Directory SSL port 636 in Argus but AD users are not getting authenticated with AD.

Get the Password Incorrect message in the screen.

Installed public certificate on this machine as well as in ROOT directory of the user running the IIS.

User are successfully getting authenticated when we use AD with port 389.
