Users cannot change their own passwords within Oracle Performance Analyzer and Portfolio Analyzer.  They receive the following error message:

SQL Funtion: [0] - SQL function not found!
OCI Function: [4] -oexec(), oexn()
Oracle Error: ORA-00922: missing or invalid option
Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute()

The problem only occurs when users have been advised that their password will expire in "x" number of days.  If users go in and select change password within these two applications prior to the receiving the password warning, it will successfully change the password.

Note: Other OFSA Applications like Balance and Control seem to work properly.

Steps to replicate:

The ORA-00922 error occurs.
