CCS EDR With 0 Duration When ACR After ERBCSM (Doc ID 2501410.1)

Symptoms

During a CAMEL voice call, when an ApplyChargingReport (ACR) message is sent after the EventReportBasicCallStateModel (ERBCSM), the Service Logic Controller (SLC) just disconnects the call and writes the CCS EDR with no duration (even though the ACR has a duration).
