On : 1.11.0.5 version, Graphical User Interface

LSE file is throwing error at pulse offset and meter offset value position. As this values are optional suggested in Oracle guide.

Invalid Pulse Multiplier Field In Second Header. Must Be Positive Numeric <= 999999999999999 And Less Than 16 Digits.

1. Use LSE for import
