Primavera Analytics Administration Web Application Shows Blank on the Configuration Page (Doc ID 2501842.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Config page of loading ETL parameters shows blank in Primavera Analytics Administration.

Below errors are created to the weblogic log of the p6rdb server when browsing the Configuration page:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Configuration page displays the configured ETL parameters in Primavera Analytics Administration.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Primavera Analytics Administration Web Application
2. In the left pane, select Status icon.
3. From the All list, select one ETL instance name (Example: staretl1)
4. In the left navigation pane, select Config (Example: the Wheel icon). The right pane shows blank page.
