Documaker Desktop Startup Issue (Doc ID 2502162.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.6 version, Policy Print System (PPS)

Experiencing a Documaker Desktop startup issue.

Have two Documaker servers. The older one is running Windows Server 2003 and Documaker Workstation 11.5.1.185. Have setup a second server running Server 2012 and Documaker Desktop 12.6.0.32242. Created shortcuts to each library on each server.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Could not load this module: racw32.dll" error message.

"The program can't start because mfc120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Icon pointing to the network installation.
2. Click the Icon to start.
3. Program fails to load and returns the above error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the application from the new environment.
