Documaker Desktop Startup Issue (Doc ID 2502162.1)

On : 12.6 version, Policy Print System (PPS)

Experiencing a Documaker Desktop startup issue.

Have two Documaker servers. The older one is running Windows Server 2003 and Documaker Workstation Have setup a second server running Server 2012 and Documaker Desktop Created shortcuts to each library on each server.

"Could not load this module: racw32.dll" error message.

"The program can't start because mfc120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Icon pointing to the network installation.
2. Click the Icon to start.
3. Program fails to load and returns the above error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the application from the new environment.
