ORA-00054 Error when User Runs SDE_RETAILNETCOSTFACT Package (Doc ID 2502658.1)

Symptoms

Batch SDE_RETAILNETCOST , SDE_RETAILINVRECEIPTSFACT  fails with below error when user runs the batch in multi-thread mode.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Run SDE_RETAILINVRECEIPTSFACT and SDE_RETAILNETCOST  
  2. SDE_RETAILINVRECEIPTSFACT using KM (knowledge model) “IKM RA Oracle Generic Insert with Control” at step “Insert new rows”. Option OPTIMIZER_HINT uses value  "/*+ APPEND */" without allowing it to change.
