Unable to Upload the Resolution Action Details in the Match Inquiry Screen (Doc ID 2502826.1)

Symptoms

Unable to export the resolution action details in match inquiry screen. When click on export to excel sheet icon it is neither opening excel sheet nor popping error.

Steps To Recreate:

   1. Login into ReIM Application.
   2. Navigate to Match Inquiry Screen.
   3. Search for an Order Number. Click on Hyperlink.
   4. Click on Resolution Actions & Adjustment Documents to export the results.

       Noticed that when click on export to excel sheet icon it is neither opening excel sheet nor popping error.
