Error: “ORA-28000: the account is locked” When Attempting to Connect as ADMUSER After Password Reset (Doc ID 2502971.1)

Even after changing the password for ADMUSER and unlocking the user with the following command in sqlplus, The P6 Administrator is still getting “ORA-28000: the account is locked” error when attempting to connect as p6 schema owner ADMUSER:

   sqlplus sys/<password>@pmdb as sysdba

   alter user admuser identified by <newpassword> account unlock;
