All the PXs Are Failing With Error "Call APIException.getRootCause() for Details" After Unexpected Server Reboot (Doc ID 2502975.1)

Symptoms

Agile PX's are failing to run with below error after the unexpected server reboot


Error

Call APIException.getRootCause() for details

Facts

Happens with all the PXs, including Action PXs and Event PXs
Issue is unresolved after deleting SDK cache on both server and client side
Issue is unresolved after deleting server cache folder and redeploying Agile Application
No stack trace obtained in the java console when reproducing the issue from Java Client
Added System.out.println(e.getRootCause()); in the PX code, but does not print any detail in the stack trace
Issue is not reproducible on other environment on the same version after copying the PX jar files from the problem environment

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Web Client, and run any PX
