Error While Deleting Adjustment (Doc ID 2503168.1)

Goal

Why is an error occurring while deleting rated Adjustment?

This is working with same setup in our existing environment i.e. 2.4.0.1

Other than adjustments, we are using com.splwg.base.domain.common.audit.DefaultTableAuditor Audit program for many more tables (entity). This audit program is working fine in our existing environment i.e. 2401
Can you please suggest or confirm on following :
1. This issue is only limited to adjustments. In other words all other audit will work fine with DefaultTableAuditor.
2. Do we have to change the audit program on all the table from DefaultTableAuditor to CIPZADTA, as suggested for adjustments. This will substantially increase our QA testing effort.
