Store Location Traits Task with RMS_LOCATION_INQUIRY_DUTY Throws Rendering Navigation Item Error (Doc ID 2503217.1)

Symptoms

 When a user with RMS_LOCATION_INQUIRY_DUTY tries to access the Store Location Traits screen, the system presents an error.

Error

"An error has occurred rendering the navigation item. Please contact your System Administrator."

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------

1. Create a user and add RMS_LOCATION_INQUIRY_DUTY as one of the duties, however, make sure that this user does not have RMS_LOCATION_MGMT_DUTY or MAINTAIN_STORES_PRIV.
2. Access the system with this user and go to Store Screen and click in More Options -> Location Traits.
3. The error is presented.
