Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Any past date can be entered in the Effective From (To) Date while creating or editing Security rule.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Effective From(End) Dates should only allow Sysdate or any dates which is greater than sysdate.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav: Collaborative Planning Administrator Responsibility > Admin Tab >View/Define Security Rule
2. Edit one security rule line
3. Effective From(End) Dates could be set in the past!
