ERR_TRANS_ALREADY_OPEN Error when Invoking BRM Services

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 22.214.171.124.0 in Webservices Manager and JCA Adaptor, the user is observing the below error when invoking BRM related services. Due to these continuous errors, the Application Integration Architecture (AIA) server is experiencing stuck/hogging threads at the same time and eventually AIA servers are going to warning state.
