On : 13.2.9 version, Promotions
When accessing a completed, threshold promotion, you observe the 'delete' and 'apply' buttons are active
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Promotion Maintain.
2.Search the already completed Threshold promotion (ID: 2034)
3. Select the promotion on grid.
Actual Result: After selecting promotion on grid, Delete and Apply buttons are Activated.
Expected Result: After selecting promotion on grid, Delete and Apply buttons should be deactivated.
