On : 14.1.2 version, Clearances
When searching for clearances via the Maintain Clearance screen, using the following criteria, not all of the expected data is returned
state,create date and effective date
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In RPM, navigate: Clearances > Maintain Clearance
2. populate search criteria fields: state,create date and effective date
3. observe no records returned
