On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version: 7.0.5
Running Argus Upgrade from 7.0.5 to move to final destination version of Argus Safety 8.2 per:
Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety 8.9.9.001 Release(Patch 28773229)
During this encountered a severe error that can't be fixed internally during the phase 1 (7.0.5 to 8.0).

- Run the dbinstaller.bat script from <Drive>:\p28773229_80000_Generic\Argus_Database_Upgrade\1-Upgrade_from_7x_to_80\dbinstaller folder
