Problem Summary
Server Crashes when User tries to do Price List Pricing.

Problem Description
When we go to the price list and try to pricing, it opens the next pricing screen, but we get out of memory issue.
We are getting this issue only with 2 million price assignments (1m for the customer and another 1m for the account).
We expect that the next page should load without any failure.

Error Codes
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
Dumping heap to /tmp/java_pid116524.hprof ...
Heap dump file created [1290751378 bytes in 9.582 secs]

Steps to Recreate
1. Search for any given price list and Click on Price List pricing.
2. The server crashes after the next page appears citing a memory issue.
