Symptoms

On : 11.1 version, Indexing and Search (Data Ingest, CAS, MDEX, Forge, Dgidx)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Heap issue in CAS

Not able to export data from CAS recordstore or trigger a baseline - Both fails saying heap issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Baseline index should be success.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run baseline_update script from the App/control folder.
