Item Supplier Country Location Screen Performance Issue (Doc ID 2504131.1)

Symptoms

The Item Supplier Country Location screen is taking more than a few minutes (about 3 minutes and 55 seconds) to open.

Expect the screen to come up in a second.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate: From tasks menu Items > Manage Items.
2. Search and select an item to edit. Select More Actions > Suppliers.
3. On suppliers screen click “Countries of Sourcing” button.
4. In Countries of Sourcing, pane select Actions > Locations.
5. This is where the performance issue occurs trying to load the Item Supplier Country Location screen.
