Symptoms



When attempting to access Portfolios or other areas of P6 Web
the following error occurs.

ERROR

KEY NOT FOUND: message_ui.no_info_available


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the installation
2. Login to P6 web
3. Try accessing Portfolios, Dashboards etc and see error in Browser window

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work in P6 web.
