NoSQL InsufficientAcksException (Doc ID 2504353.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.7.0 version:

Rated event formatter aborts due to a timeout and rises InsufficientAcksException. As a result no events get extracted and sent to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)

Below error is being generated:

 

Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) rated event publisher module periodically got oracle.kv.RequestTimeoutException from NoSQL while persisting rated events to NoSQL. That means the 'put' request can not be fulfilled by NoSQL within 5 second. 

But ECE is NOT completely stalled after such occurrence, the rated events are retried either immediately or some minutes (after an immediate retry) later, and to put to NoSQL successfully. So this clearly points to some slowness on NoSQL side.
