ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

From testnap, calling the opcode PCM_OP_CUST_SET_PAYINFO, which internally tries to publish an event using the queue manager framework, failed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expected behavior is to be able to publish notification events from BRM after the upgrade to 7.5 PS22.
