Prod Endeca Instance Broken And Not Able To Index Data From ATG10.2 To Endeca Any More (Doc ID 2504375.1)

Symptoms

The Endeca indexing is getting completed but still the store is not populated with new records. The old records are returned in the store pages. When checking the logs we could see the below errors:
