Symptoms
When users run the ICSR Check on the Out of the Box ICH-ICSR V2.1 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - EMA Profile, they get a message stating:
"ESM length check stored procedure failed to execute for each field against DTD length"
The following is observed in the ERROR_LOG table:
ESM_APP user can execute the above query without error.
