Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to create a Business Process (BP) record from a Template (Actions > Create From Template) the following is returned:

You do not have permission to view this template.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to create the BP record without incident.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier and navigate to the applicable workspace
    1. In Standard View click on: Actions > Create From Template, and select the desired Template from the drop-down list
    2. In Classic View click on: File > Template, and select the desired Template from the drop-down list
  2. Notice the message: You do not have permission to view this template.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the desired Template to create the BP record.
