Contextual Area Different Behavior Across Browsers

Symptoms
Contextual Area has different behavior across browsers.
On RMS, on any screen where we have the contextual area, it is not possible to collapse or restore the panel where we have a contextual area at Internet Explorer 11.
The same operation is possible to be done at Firefox and Chrome.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1 (in Firefox)
- Login in RMS
- Go to Orders > Manage Order
- Click on "show Contextual Area" button.
- Contextual Area is showing (as expected)
Scenario 2 (Internet Explorer 11)
- Login in RMS
- Go to Orders > Manage Order
- Click on "show Contextual Area" button.
- Contextual Area is NOT showing.
