" /api" Missing in Metadata Users IP (Doc ID 2505255.1)

Symptoms

The new Users IP is missing "/api" in the metadata file. The basepath in metadata is mentioning " /users" instead of  /api/users.

The page that shows the correct path to the users IP shows the following (".../api/users/..."):
“https://<hostName>:<portNumber>/api/users/metadata”
