BRM And ECE Balances Are Not In Sync (Doc ID 2505592.1)

Goal

One has noticed that the BRM and ECE balances are not in sync. For example, a subscriber account has 6000sec free and he has done 2 voice calls, one for 34 sec rounded to 60 sec and another one for 496 sec rounded to 510 sec, and the same is updated in BRM as well, so the remaining balance is 5430 sec, but in ECE it is showing as 5370. There are no other usages for this account.

Note: It was observed that the account has received 2 terminate requests for the same session id but with different request number.

What is the behavior of ECE in this case ?
