Wrong Message On "A/R Actions" Window in Billing Care (Doc ID 2505605.1)

Subscription/Customer management is made in Billing and Revenue Management System(BRM) by using the Billing Care (BC) interface. Customer Representatives use this tool to display Customer Info, Bill Info or Account Receivables (A/R) for all the subscribers. In the current scenario, there is an issue on "A/R ACTIONS" window for a customer who has A/R defined: "undefined to Bill in Progress" message is displayed for the current bill (Bill In Progress).

If there are A/R defined for the current subscriber, the "Total Amount" should be displayed for Bill In Progress instead of "undefined".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Billing Care application.
2. Search for a customer and open the profile, by clicking the Search button.
3. Navigate to A/R Menu an create an adjustment.
4. From the Main Menu click on Actions/A/R action button.
5. "A/R ACTIONS" window is displayed with below message:

  undefined to Bill in Progress
