Inquiry Duties In RTM Showing MGMT Privileges

When creating a role in RAAC assigned to inquiry duties or RTM just to allow to a user to view the information about the import process. there are options that not should be allowed in inquiry mode as below:
1 - RMS_OBLIGATION_INQUIRY_DUTY: Even only with the inquiry option the Create Obligation is displayed in menu and the create icon is enabled in the Obligation Search.
2 - RMS_LETTER_OF_CREDIT_INQUIRY_DUTY:
2.1 - Enable Send Letter of Credit and Send Amendments in menu.
2.2 - Enable the button Create New LC in Letter of Credit Order Selection screen.
3 - RMS_ALC_INQUIRY_DUTY: Allows ALC Finalization.
Steps to replicate:
1- Assign the below duties to a job:
2- User member of the Group in OID
3- Appropriate entries in SEC_USER table.
4 – Log in to the system with the user and access the Import Management menu.
5 –Issue in Obligations
5.1 - Create Obligation is displayed in menu, but should not be.
5.2 – In Manage Obligations screen the icon to create obligation is enabled, but should not be.
6 – Issue in Letter of Credit
6.1 – The options Send ALC and Send Amendments are enabled in Import Management menu, but it should not be
6.2 – In Letter of Credit Order Selection screen the button Create New LC is enabled, but should not be.
7 –Issue in ALC
7.1 – Finalize ALC is enabled in Import Management menu, but should not be.
