BRM Patchsets Revert Third Party JRE Back to 1.6.0 (Doc ID 2505897.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) on the 7.5 product line above patch set 5, patching the Third Party module results in the source.me.[c]sh files being overwritten.

As a result, changes to these files are lost such as the BRM_JRE environment variable which may have been changed to 1.7.0_13 - which is certified from PS5 onward.

Is the overwriting/re-delivery of these files expected?
