Symptoms

While calling the opcode PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER to add custom services to an existing account, there is an PIN_ERR_AUDIT_COMMIT_FAILED error thrown by the Functional Module.

Steps to reproduce :

1) Extend the class /service to /service/test
2) re-start dm_oracle and cm
3) Execute the opcode PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER.

There is an error thrown in step 3.
