ECE JMS Connections Lost After a Weblogic Restart (Doc ID 2506395.1)

Symptoms

After a WebLogic restart, ECS(Elastic Charging Server) nodes and brmGateway are reporting an error. But, WebLogic and notification factory are up and running. It seems that ECE is unable to reconnect to the NotificationFactory/JMS queue after a WebLogic restart.

The workaround at the moment is restarting the brmGateway to reconnect to the WebLogic, but it is not feasible for the ECS without a rollingUpgrade.

In the WebLogic side, the NotificationFactory setting of the Reconnect Policy is All and the Transaction Timeout is 2147483647.
