Symptoms


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Create order with multiple items/ Ordering their Child Items. (Created 2 Parent Items, and 3 child Items of each parent item)

Step 2 (2 Shipments)
Ship & receive the item as below.

Step 3
Create Invoice as below

Summary Match
Search for Order
Select Invoice and Receipts
Select Summary Match, Then Detail Match Button
Detail Match Again
Expand Items, Select 100900024 and Split Receipt
Expand Again, Select 100900024 and Substitute Item 100900020
Select Item 100900020 check indicator of item 100900024 to Yes
Click Resolve
Select Invoice Quantity and Select RUA for Reason Code
A blank Screen for Resolve Discrepancy Appears
