Unable to Create an Employee in ReSA for the users are created in Active Directory (AD) (Doc ID 2506777.1)

Goal

While creating employee in Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), Add Employee screen shows the following error.

Users were created under Active Directory (AD) instead of Oracle Internet Directory (OID) authentication and the data exists in following tables.
1. USER_ATTRIB
2. SEC_GROUP
3. SEC_USER_GROUP
4. SEC_USER (Manually inserted ReSA user in "APPLICATION USER ID" column).

Steps To Recreate:

1. On the RMS start menu, Foundation Data -> Application Administration -> Employee.
2. Add a user.
3. Notice that the screen throws error "The UserID is invalid".
