Can't Logoff End Of Shift After Suspending A Complex Task

Symptoms
If an MCP user suspends a complex assignment then later tries to log off using the end of shift option an error is thrown and the user is unable to end his shift.
Steps to recreate:
1) Dispatch some activities to the MCP. Make sure that at least one of them is a complex activity visit. 2) Have the crew suspend the complex activity assignment. 3) Go back to the task list. 4) Now hit the "logoff end of shift" menu item. 5) Now try to logoff.
ERROR ----------------------- The user should see an error message "Error Observed while finalizing tasks".
