On : 12.2.5 version, Oracle Global ATP Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GOP/ATP does not allocate available on hand

In production environment using GOP based on planning output. For items with no forecast in the different distribution centers ATP is not able to allocate the available quantity in the main distribution center.

For this finish good has the ATP attributes in the WIP inventory organizations are

ATP Check: Material Only
ATP Rule: ATP Rule
ATP Components: Material And Resource

For the same finish good in the Main and the Regional distribution centers have the following setup

ATP Check: Material Only
ATP Rule: ATP Rule
ATP Components: None

Entering the sales order in the Distribution Center and the SCHEDULE SHIP DATE is at the end of the planning horizon.

On Hand from other organizations should be considered during the ATP Check.
