Direct Franchise Order Shipment Does Not Update Franchise Order Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a shipment is created for a Direct Franchise Order, the Franchise Order status remains APPROVED and does not update to IN PROGRESS.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create direct franchise order.
- Create a shipment for this order.
- Check the status (remains APPROVED).
