ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When checking in multiple projects by importing a XER, the "Import To" fields show empty or incorrect project IDs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When checking in multiple projects by importing a XER, the "Import To" fields are populated with correct project IDs.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check out a few projects to a XER file.
2. Check in the projects. The Import To field show empty or incorrect project ID values.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must manually select the correct project in each "Import To" field.
