Year 2030 Onwards Dates Erroneous When Pasted to Excel (Doc ID 2507545.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Year 2030 and onward dates are erroneous when pasted to excel.

Copied/pasted dates from P6 to Excel become erroneous.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Copy\paste dates from P6 to Excel should show correct date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open P6 client, Activity, enable date column like Start or Finish.
2. Copy\paste data to excel

Year 46 will become 1946 (It should be 2046)
