Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8, Unifier Integration

When attempting to run BI reports in Unifier the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Server is not accessible. Contact System Administrator"

and  in the log will find [root] java.lang.Exception: *** BipFileRepositoryMigrator : Failed to access path to read report files for migration: <DIR>\unifier\rpt

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Company Workspace
  2. Configuration
  3. Custom Templates
  4. All Projects, select a specific Business Process
  5. Getting the Alert: "Internal error: Server is not accessible. Contact System Administrator"
