Gateway Displays a Synchronization Status as Failed, But Job Details Display a Status of Completed (Doc ID 2507666.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a P6 to P6 synchronization, the Gateway -> Monitoring tab displays that the job Failed.

After selecting the Failed text notice an error, the following error occurs.

There is an issue with the ERP Provider. Please verify the connection
details.
The error is below:
com.oracle.pgbu.pdi.service.Service Exception:
Load/convert steps failed or timed out.
