Symptoms

On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version : 8.1.1

Emails are not sent to configured user email ID after successful generation of periodic reports.

Value in processed column remains 0 in RPT_TRANSMIT_EMAIL table for these emails.


Below error is seen in log (RPT_TRANSMIT_LOG) repeatedly -

AG General email > Enterprise ABC : Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 2482259. SMTP protocol error. 554 dummy-smtp.abc.com.
