Error While Accepting E2B-XML Imported ICSR (XML ServiceRequest Failed) (Doc ID 2507839.1)

On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 8.1.1

Attempting to import E2B-XML in Argus 8.1.1.

Once it gets imported in Argus (logs are all clear), unable to accept ICSR from "Reports > Incoming ICSR Reports" and getting error

"XML Service Request Failed" per below:

1. Drop E2B-XML file into "IN" folder in transaction server
2. Imported case is reflected in "Incoming ICSR Reports" screen
3. Click on "Accept ICSR"
4. Entered required user password
5. Case did not get created and got error "XML Service Request Failed".

Note: Case is Accepted when using 'Selective Acceptance'
