Column 'OBSOLETEDENTITYID' Is Not Present For The Indexes Under The Table 'EXTERNALID'

Symptoms
After upgrading Pricing Design Center(PDC) from 11.1 to 11.2 version, it was noticed that column 'OBSOLETEDENTITYID' is not present for the indexes under the table 'EXTERNALID'.
It should be noted that PricingDesignCenter.sql has been executed on the environment when the post-installation steps were executed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login on PDC server running 11.1 version
2. upgrade to 11.2 version
