RPAS Fusion Client: Duplicated Message is Thrown and Position Query Not Getting Applied When the Worksheet is Open (Doc ID 2508160.1)

Symptoms

While using the position query functionality on Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion Client, below issues are identified :

Issue 1: When opening or navigating between different worksheets of the Workbook and even though the position query is active with no positions to show in the worksheet, No warning message is raised to the user.

For example, when we navigate to a worksheet where the result of the position query is the same for all weeks the position query is active but no message is shown. But in the same worksheet if we force to change to the next week then the position query is re-applied and the message is shown indicating that there is no positions available to show.

Issue 2: Using the same example above, when the message is displayed, the same text is shown twice instead of only once.
