Admin User Not Able to Log Into P6 EPPM Module (P6Web) (Doc ID 2508170.1)

Symptoms

- User is able to login using P6 Pro desktop client with their user account.

When the user attempts to login to the P6 EPPM landing page - even by providing correct credentials of the same user account, the following errors are received:

ERROR 1 received on the P6Web login page

Unexpected login error. Please contact your administrator

Error 2 displayed in P6WebAccess.html log:
