Wrong Update to Inbound Unit Quantity on PICK_FROM_LOC After Shorting PL Type Pick (Doc ID 2508837.1)

Last updated on JULY 11, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While performing PL (Pallet Letdown) picking, if the user confirms a quantity (qty) greater than the pallet let down but less than what is total available in the pallet, the system wrongly updates the inbound qty on PICK_FROM_LOC table after completing the replenishment activity.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Generate a PL Replenishment.
2. On the hh_bulk_pick_s screen, enter a qty greater than the pallet letdown but lesser than the pallet complete.
3. Complete the PL Replenishment and return the balance quantity to stock.
4. Verify that the system calculated wrongly the inbound qty for the FPL.
