Symptoms

Windows 10 application will hang if you change the primary function after starting the shift and the new primary function has associated procedures.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Start the shift on Hybrid MCP using Windows 10.
2. Navigate to Change Primary Function.
3. Select a primary function that has associated procedures.
4. Complete the procedures and the application hangs.
